TrueFiktion has been selected to join the Social Studies Accelerator

The Social Studies Accelerator amplifies and connects leaders and leading practices across the PK-12 ecosystem. TrueFiktion is excited to partner with the accelerator and increase our impact in the social studies market. 

The Social Studies Accelerator engages and connects a diverse coalition of practitioners, leaders, and partner organizations committed to developing and implementing culturally sustaining PK-12 social studies. They document and share promising practices, learnings, and materials via our learning labs and resource portals to accelerate the implementation of high-quality, culturally sustaining social studies in school systems.

The Accelerator has launched our first Learning Lab this month: the Content Creator Markets Matter (C2M2) Cohort! We are thrilled to be one of the inaugural participants who are ensuring students and educators nationwide have the tools and services necessary to engage in our nation’s rich and diverse history

The C2M2 experience is a six-month professional learning opportunity for providers of culturally relevant and sustaining social studies curriculum and professional development. As a participant, we will undergo learning sessions on assessing quality, understanding today’s education and curriculum markets, positioning their offerings and services, and building go-to-market strategies.
